What is AXIO?

What is AXIO Training?

Strength, stability, coordination: prepare your body for movement

Create the movement. Find the rhythm. Stay in control.

AXIO is dynamic resistance physical preparation equipment. Inside, masses circulate in a channel: you are the one who sets them in motion and maintains their rotation.

The goal is to produce effort while controlling the forces that change during the exercise. An approach that combines physical work, coordination, and concentration.

How does AXIO work?

The principle is based on centripetal resistance. You train the internal masses in a circular path, then try to maintain a smooth rotation.

The rotation speed changes the demand. The challenge is to maintain control of the device and your posture throughout the movement.

AXIO complements traditional strength training exercises by adding reaction and coordination work in response to changing forces.

Training objectives

  • Dynamic strength: produce effort during movement.

  • Stability: control your position against a changing resistance.

  • Coordination: synchronize your movements with the movement of the masses.

  • Balance and control: maintain a steady movement in different positions.

How to integrate it into your preparation?

AXIO can find its place at different times in your program:

During the warm-up

Use exercises adapted to your level to gradually prepare the movements of the session.

Between two strengthening exercises

Incorporate control and coordination work between your usual exercises, depending on the organization of your program.

In a dedicated session

Combine several exercises and work times to build a session focused on movement mastery.

To start, the manufacturer recommends short intervals of 10 to 30 seconds, prioritizing control before increasing speed or volume.
